Santa's Cottages LLC reserves the right to cancel or transfer any reservation in the event that the cottage becomes uninhabitable due to an act of God, fire, earthquake, or any and all unforeseen events that may occur to make the cottage uninhabitable.

You must be 21 to make a reservation.
Policies: No Pets
A change in the number of days of a reservation must be done 30 days prior to the reservation. If you drop 1 day a $40 cleaning fee will be assessed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellation and any changes to your reservation must be done by email. santascottages@psci.net. We will not take cancellation by telephone.
Any cancellations will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. To avoid being charged a 1 night stay, all changes and cancellations to your reservation must be done 10 days prior of your arrival date. If you cancel or change your reservation 2 days or less to your arrival date the full amount of your reservation will be charged. This includes any cancellations due to inclement weather.
RESORT NON SMOKING POLICY:
There is NO Smoking allowed in any of our cottages. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed on outside patio.
One night room will be charged at time of booking to secure your reservation.

AUTO-COLLECT
A deposit for the first night's stay is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.
CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.
