Santa’s Cottages is a lakeside resort at 1405 W Christmas Blvd; Santa Claus, Indiana 47579. It’s just two miles from Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari, making it an ideal base for holiday-themed adventures in the heart of Santa Claus, Indiana.

We offer a variety of family-friendly cottages on our 23-acre resort:

• 2-Bedroom Stable Cottage (750 sq ft, sleeps up to 9)
• 2-Bedroom Bells Cottage (1,000 sq ft, sleeps up to 10)
• 2-Bedroom Loft (1,000 sq ft, sleeps up to 9)
• 1-Bedroom Cottage (500 sq ft, sleeps up to 6)
• 1-Bedroom Duplex (500 sq ft per unit, sleeps up to 6)

All cottages feature cozy sleeping arrangements, full kitchens*, and outdoor spaces.

* Cottages 1-7 have a two-burner cooktop without an oven; Cottages 8 – 37 have a full range/oven.

Each cottage comes equipped with a kitchen – including refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, and utensils. (Note: cottages 1-7 have a two-burner cooktop without an oven.)

Additionally, each cottage has satellite TV with DVD player, free Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, linens, towels, heating/AC, a charcoal grill, fire pit, and porch swing with outdoor dining furniture.

Resort-wide amenities include a swimming pool, playground, scenic walking trails, and five lakes for catch-and-release fishing.

Here at Santa’s Cottages, we offer a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy!

You can try your hand at some catch-and-release fishing, cool off in our swimming pool with a splash pad*, play a game of cornhole (just sign the boards out at Santa’s Sundries), shoot hoops on the basketball court, or play tetherball. There’s also a playground and a covered shelter house.

And don’t forget the Rudolph Express Train! The train runs every Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 am Central Time, starting May 1 until Memorial Day weekend. From Memorial Day through October, it runs every day except Tuesdays and Thursdays. There’s a small fee of $2.50 per person from Memorial Day until Halloween.

Yes! Dogs are welcome at Santa’s Cottages.

For a one-time, non-refundable $50 pet fee, up to two dogs under 50 pounds are allowed per cottage. Please contact us in advance to confirm.

Check-in is available beginning at 4:00 PM Central Time.

Please call ahead at 812-937-5253 or contact us to make arrangements for early or late arrivals, especially during peak season.

Check-out is 11:00 AM Central Time.

Reservations can be made easily online through our website by clicking the “Book Now” button at the top of the screen, selecting your cottage type, and confirming your dates.

All cancellations and changes to reservations must be made by email to bookings@santascottages.com.

We recommend notifying us as soon as possible to allow for rebooking opportunities. Refunds are subject to availability and may include a processing fee. Please review full terms upon booking.

We’re conveniently located just two miles west of Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari. It’s the perfect spot for a day of thrills at the theme park before returning to relax by our lakes.

Don’t panic! Our on-site general store, Santa’s Sundries, has many items to help complete your trip. From staples such as firewood and plasticware to souvenirs and snacks, Santa’s Sundries has what you need to make the most of your holiday!
