Pet Policy Agreement

Welcome to Santa’s Cottages: A Holiday World Resort!

We are thrilled to have you and your pets (dog(s)) as our Guests. To ensure a relaxed stay, please kindly observe the following guidelines:

• Your signature below acknowledges a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of ^$50 (plus tax) for up to two dogs weighing less than 50lbs. each.
• Your Pet must be kept on a leash or in a carrier or similar enclosure while on Santa’s Cottages property unless it is roaming free within your Cottage.
• Your Pet must never be left unattended inside your Cottage at any time.
• Pet owner guarantees the pet is up to date on all vaccines, including but not limited to rabies vaccination.
• In the event of a flea infestation in the Cottage, the Pet Owner shall be liable for the cost of treating the Cottage which the parties agree is ^$300.00.
• We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in our lakes and/or pool. This exclusion does not apply to service animals.
• Your Pet should be fully house trained. Pets are permitted to relieve themselves on Property in our pet relief areas. Please see our Resort Map for designated areas.
• You are responsible for always cleaning up after your pet while on Santa’s Cottages property.
• The Pet Owner shall be responsible to always keep the Pet quiet and under the Pet Owner’s control while on Property.
• If the Pet shall exhibit loud or threatening behavior, the balance of the reservation for the Cottage may be immediately cancelled and all occupants will be directed to leave the Property. No refunds of accommodation charges shall be given in this event.

The Pet Owner shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Santa’s Cottages, its shareholders, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of the presence of the Pet on the Property, any action by the Pet, or the violation of any rule set forth herein.

Santa’s Cottages is authorized to and may charge the credit card on file for any obligation of Pet Owner under this Rider.

In consideration of Koch Development Corporation d/b/a Santa’s Cottages (“Santa’s Cottages”) agreeing to rent a Cottage, the Pet Owner agrees to the aforementioned guidelines.
